Who will clean my home?

Either Seren or Karen will be doing the cleaning. At your request, we can wear a facemask and shoe covers while cleaning your home for extra security.

What area do you cover?

We are based in Glossop and service the High Peak and surrounding areas, including New Mills, Hayfield, Marple (incl Marple Bridge) and Whaley Bridge.

How will our relationship work?

We don't use contracts, so you wont be tied in to cleans you don't want, as we prefer to earn your trust and loyalty over time. We value any feedback you provide about the cleans, which helps us continue towards improving our services! Terms and Conditions for our services will be provided upon first booking.

What products do you use?
We use Bio-D cleaning products which are 100% vegan and made in the UK from ethically sourced, natural, plant-based ingredients. They are hypoallergenic and safe for use around children and pets. The bottles are also refilled and not thrown away which means less waste - something we keep to an absolute minimum!
Do I need to provide any equipment?

Not at all! We will bring everything needed to get the job done, including our own 'top-of-the-range' certified asthma & allergy-friendly vacuum cleaners.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel a clean just let us know, ideally with a 7-days notice. You can still cancel up to 48-hours before the clean, you will incur the full cost of the booking hereafter (excluding cancellations due to illness).

How do I pay for the clean?

Unless other arrangements are made beforehand, payments for recurring cleaning services are to be made via bank transfer within 24 hours from the start of the scheduled booking.
