Hi, I'm Seren - owner and chief cleaner at Serene Eco Cleaning!
I have been passionate about the environment for as long as I can remember. When I decided to start a cleaning business, I wanted to make sure it was going to have minimal impact on the health of people and the planet. As such, we only use eco-friendly, plant-based, natural and vegan cleaning products, along with certified asthma and allergy-friendly vacuum cleaners.
Furthermore, we have partnered with One Tree Planted, so for every clean provided, one tree will be planted to help fight climate change, allow nature to recover and local communities to thrive.
As an experienced cleaner, I understand the level responsibility required when it comes to cleaning your home, so you can rest assured that my team and I are fully insured and DBS checked. I am also a member of the Domestic Cleaning Alliance; a trade association representing professional domestic cleaning on behalf of the British Cleaning Council.

How It All Started
After I finished my nutrition degree in 2019, I started working as a self-employed cleaner for another cleaning company. Unfortunately, I was made redundant after that company was sold in 2021 during the COVID pandemic, so I had to find an opportunity quickly and decided to start offering my own cleaning services. I've always been interested in running my own business, so it seemed like the perfect opportunity. Not soon after, Serene Eco Cleaning was born!
My cleaning services place great emphasis on eco-friendly cleaning practices; using Bio-D cleaning products, high-quality microfiber cloths, biodegradable bin liners and hypoallergenic certified vacuum cleaners. I am also a passionate vegan and environmentalist, so you can rest assured knowing that you're working with an ethical business, where the cleans have minimal impact on animals and the environment.
